Volume leveling
Ask the DJ can automatically level the volume
to make all tracks sound equally loud.
This is useful if you want the sound always to be at the maximum (but never too loud!)
when playing tracks that have different mean volumes.
To enable volume leveling, check the “Adjust Volume Automatically” box in
the “Transitions” tab
of the preferences window.
The volume will be gradually adjusted during transitions
(but never in the middle of a track).
The volume knob will move to reflect the adjustment.

Tip:
Always start with the volume knob no further than the middle of the slider
(increase your computer's main volume if necessary),
so Ask the DJ has room to push the sound if any track with a low volume is played later.

Note:
Automatic volume adjustment will not occur between two tracks
if one of them could not be analysed.
